In addition, a number of job templates have been set up to target the family of Oracle Applications users. When candidates create their OAUG Skills Marketplace profile, they have the option to complete a questionnaire classifying them in any of the Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Oracle Retail product areas as either Technical or Functional Users in each product family. Moreover, the user has the ability to rank his or her skills on a scale of 1 to 5 to illustrate their level of expertise. And best of all, resumes may be posted at no charge. For a fee, an employer may set up an account in the OAUG Skills Marketplace, good for a year, allowing them to search candidate resumes and identify qualified applicants. Once an employer account has been established, each job posting is billed separately. However, the OAUG has set up a special promotional period for its members to allow up to three FREE postings!
