[OAUGNet]-10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4

Hello.

First of all, I'm passing on information from people way smarter than me (DBAs, Development team, Business analysts) so I'm not sure exactly what I'm saying here, but we need some assistance.

We upgraded from 10.2.0.2 to 10.2.0.4 almost 3 weeks ago and we're getting drilled on performance hits causing us to take down the apps during heavy peak usage times. Oracle is asking us to tune the pick (bitmap) reports and we seem to suffer with notes on attachments for sales orders, etc. Bitmap reports are killing us. Discoverer reports are timing out.

Has anyone upgrade from .2 to .4, experienced performance issues and found a solution?

Thanks in advance,
Bob
