There are few other parameters which impact Apps timeout.You can find
metalink note.UNIX timeout I don't think has any impact.

How can I make sure that not only does a user's Apps session time out,

the UNIX session as well?  Does the ICX:Session Timeout only affect the
Apps

side?  How about a setting for UNIX?
