[OAUGNet]-Descriptive Flexfield

Is it possible to make a DFF required based on the value of another?

We have 2 DFFs set up on the mtl_system_items_b table, New Release Flag and
New Release Date.

If the user enters 'Yes' in the New Release Flag field on the item setup
form, we want to make the New Release Date field required.

Is it possible to do it?
