[OAUGNet]-Install R12 on 64-bit Linux has Errors with HTTPD

Has anyone installed R12 on 64-bit Linux?  We are trying to perform a fresh install of R12.0.4 on 64-bit Linux and we continue to encounter errors.  We have followed all of the documentation and tried every suggestion that we can find on MetaLink.  However, we are still having problems.  We found that the database installed correctly and is running.  However, the HTTPD services are not running.  I tried to use the opmnctl script to get these services started, but it is not working.  Has anyone else encountered this type of problem?  If so, how did you fix it?...
