[OAUGNet]-GL: Changing "Intercompany" Rules

Has anyone altered their intercompany rules (automatic intercompany
balancing of journal entries) after the system is fully operational?

If so, what challenges were encountered in processing activity and/or
reconciling the intercompany accounts after the change?
