[OAUGNet]-Upgrade 11i to R12 - SSHR Approvals not working

Hi All

We have upgraded to R12 from 11.5.9 and I am trying to check the
approvals for LOA etc.. .
But the approvals doesnt seem to work at all. I have setup AME rules,
supervisor hierarchy etc.. but it is not identifing any approvers.. 

We have upgraded a 11.5.9 working instance to R12.. so things were
previously working in 11.5.9 

any ideas..
