[OAUGNet]-Manage proxies functionality in UMX

All,

I am evaluating the impacts of the Manage Proxies functionality in the User Management module and am having a hard time coming up with a business case that would justify the security concerns.  If there is a company that has implemented this functionality, I'd love to talk to you to understand the business case.

Chuck Kennedy and I are writing a white paper on the feature that should be published in the next few weeks and want to make sure we aren't missing something before we send it through the peer review process.
