Hi Puneet

If you are talking about item master attribute, then an item can be
only make or buy in an inventory org.

for planning, in ASCP, sourcing rules can be used to guide item make and buy.

If you are talking from India localization point where make and buy
items need to be seprated, then this is a major issue. u can set
attribute for item as either make or buy. But if same item number is
both make and buy then this is becomes an issue. then you have to make
them two different item numbers.
