[OAUGNet]-Special Characters in XML output

Dear All,

We are facing an issue while generating XML reports. Our supplier name, address contains special characters like "é, è, à etc" and when we use this characters all XML based outputs does not generate any tags.

Our database is UTF8 compliant and we should see the correct value in front end as well as from back end. 

Pls advice
