Perhaps I'm not thinking fully through the issue.  But payroll run results
are populated after a payroll is run.  So I can't think of a way to view
unprocessed records.  What is your goal with the data?  Perhaps you are
looking for hourly employees with no time cards.  That would be a custom
query looking at Element Entries.  Perhaps you are looking for new hires who
were not assigned to a Payroll.  That would be a custom query looking at
Assignments with no Payroll.
