You can use the gl_daily_rates_interface table to load all your rates. Don't
worry about the name, you can load any type of rate into this interface
table.
This allows you to write some pl/sql to calculate the rates based on your
rules. You could also load your daily rates using this table if you wish.

Looking for ideas others might use to load month-end and period average
rates.  We use WedADI to load daily and historical rates.  Would like to
auto-magic this process for the others rather than manual entry.
