The OAUG represents the interests of Oracle Applications users worldwide in promoting the optimal use, ongoing development, and support of the Oracle Applications products. OAUG members are comprised of licensed users,
vendors, and consultants and include many diverse backgrounds and industries.
- We support education and training programs and develop conferences, publications, and electronic meeting places dedicated to the Oracle Applications products.
- We provide a forum for sharing information and experience on the selection,
implementation, and effective use of the Oracle Applications products.
- We maintain a mechanism for communicating to Oracle Corporation the OAUG members' priorities for future development, direction, and enhancement of Oracle Applications products.

The OAUG is not funded in any manner by Oracle Corporation. It is an independent association of users governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of up to 17 elected representatives from the user community.
