Want to get more involved? Need additional information on your Apps? Looking for new ways to network with other users? Join a SIG (Special Interest Group) or Geo (Geographic user group). OAUG has over 2500 company members worldwide, and over 2000 attendees at the North America Conference. How can you get more involved and meet others when it seems overwhelming? The OAUG Special Interest Group and Geographic user groups are here to help. There are both regional and local groups that meet at OAUG Conferences and throughout the year in other locations. Most SIG's and Geo's are comprised of 20-200 members and do not require membership fees. Take advantage and gain more knowledge. Although SIG and Geo groups may be similar in structure, each has a different scope and focus.

Geo members reside within a defined geographic region and meet to facilitate networking among local and regional application users. Members discuss and share ideas concerning many diverse topics.

SIG members share a common interest concerning specific Oracle Application products, such as EDI, Data Warehousing, Global HRIS, etc. SIGs may also represent a specific industry such as consumer packaged goods, oil and gas, or higher education. SIG members may be geographically dispersed and meet only at OAUG conferences.
