Updates from OAUG's Fall 2001 Conference in San Diego OAUG's Fall 2001 Conference in San Diego (Nov. 27-30) got off to a great start as OAUG President Jeremy Young announced that Oracle's VP of Applications Technology Cliff Godwin would be addressing attendees. Young said the OAUG appreciates "this gesture from Oracle and hopes that it represents a sign of a new partnership between the two organizations, and we hope to see it extended to participation in future OAUG conferences, including Toronto. Things only got better from there as thousands of users gathered to discuss Oracle Corp. product development, quality and support, and to share implementation, upgrade and integration successes and challenges.
