made on a first-come, first-served basis. Room rates will increase after
15 November. To receive the special OAUG room rate, be
sure to mention that you are attending the OAUG Asia Pacific
Conference.

Reservation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing on the earliest date possible to the hotel fax number. You hereby
expressly authorise your preferred hotel to directly debit to total amount
o the booking from your credit card, details of which must be completed
hereunder.
Your credit
card will be debited for one night's stay as a
deposit.
