Recent activity includes expansion of our board to cover more activities, collaborate with other SIGs and work with Oracle on several specific A&D issues for future product enhancements. With SQL Developer, you can manage objects in Oracle databases. You can connect to any target Oracle database schema using standard Oracle database authentication. Selim Burduroglu has 15 years of information systems technology experience in management, sales, services, strategy, and development within Higher Education industry. Selim was on-site at SMU with George Chrisman when the first ever gold CD of PeopleSoft Student Administration was delivered. At Oracle, Selim is one of only four Enterprise Architects within the Named and Strategic Accounts group and member of the Fusion Champions within North America.

This session will provide information on how to design and publish Web Services from Oracle Fusion Middleware (10.1.3) release, that expose backend business logic stored in PL/SQL, Java, J2EE components using the latest Web Services standards including JAX-RPC, JSR-181 (Web Services Metadata) and REST. This session will also incorporate demos that will cut across both tools and runtime. Come and network with other users to share information and experiences using Web Services in an Oracle environment.
